Return Eligibility
We support a flexible and customer-friendly return service. Customers can apply for a return for eligible unused, unopened and intact products within the valid return period. Products must be kept in original condition with complete packaging, no damage, no use traces and no loss of accessories to be qualified for return and refund processing.
Application Process
Customers who need to return goods shall initiate a return application through the official contact channel on the website Contact page, and provide valid order information and return reasons. Our customer service team will review the application and reply with return guidance and processing steps within the standard processing cycle.
Refund Processing
After the returned goods are received, inspected and verified to be compliant with return conditions, we will complete the refund processing within the standard refund cycle. The refund will be returned to the original customer payment account in full. All settlement amounts in the return and refund process are calculated in United States Dollar (USD).
Non-Returnable Situations
Products that have been opened, used, damaged artificially, or lost original packaging and accessories without quality problems, as well as customized special products, do not support return and refund services. We reserve the right of final judgment on the compliance of returned products.
